Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups dairy-free plain coconut milk yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Pacific Foods™ Organic Oat Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

Instructions

  • Step 1

    In a medium mixing bowl combine oat milk with coconut yogurt and honey. 

  • Step 2

    Add a few slices of strawberries in 6 large popsicle molds. Layer the coconut mixture and the remaining strawberries in the molds until the molds are full. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 to 8 hours until hardened.
